- Kathleen WarnerFebruary 19, 2012The architecture and interior design gives it a colonial feel. The Tavern serves wines from the Mount Nittany Vineyard and Winery. This is a great place to bring your parents.
- Any main course is good. All come with your choice of as many sides as you like. Signature drink is the "Original Sin" with a house limit of 2 - for good reason. :-)
- Brianna BattistaFebruary 20, 2012A great State College and Penn State tradition. The food is amazing. Their all you can eat sides menu is the perfect thing to order when you are not sure what you want. The charm and staff are great!

- Caitlin RushFebruary 13, 2012One of the best places to eat in State College. Unlimited sides with every meal! Try the spinach salad.
- MooseOctober 7, 2012Great turkey feast! Good eating and atmosphere. Highly recommend this place! :-)
- Matt JacksonOctober 2, 2012Great old age setting. However, the food is better suited for people who put ketchup on their steaks..
- I got the prime rib Au poivre (in pepper) there was no pepper. In fact the sauce it sat it was sweet, too sweet. Some horse reddish cut it but I was disappointed.
- Kyle CunninghamJuly 28, 2011Nice that you can have unlimited sides but that doesn't make up for the quality of the entrees. Crawfish creole was just ok. Pasta is overcooked. Also weak drinks ... : / nice atmosphere though.
- House merlot was wonderful; full bodied, even palate with a smooth smoky finish.
