Fantastic instructors who seriously know how to teach a great hot power flow class. It can get crowded, but I love the energy of everyone practicing together- Energetic warm Vinyasa yoga flow classes, challenging for all levels. Absolutely bring a water bottle, you will sweat. If you sweat a lot bring a yoga towel for your mat, or a hand towel and headband!
My fave yoga studio in SF. Classes with Tom Lee are THE BEST. He's challenging and encouraging, and the 90 minutes fly by.- Great heated power yoga classes! The level 2-3 are really that + great music, 90 full minutes and beautiful studio.

- Anna's class was the most similar to Rusty's class at Urban Flow. Loved it. Mix of humor, music, and kick ass yoga
