- Austin ChronicleJanuary 29, 2015The second Noble Sandwich lives up to its name, elevating the entire genre. The Knuckle Sandwich, with roast beef, horseradish, and au jus, is a must-try.
- The Noble Pig lived up to it's namesake by being super porky, salty, and delicious. The chips were meh. I'll be back, and when I do, I'm getting the jalapeño slaw! The staff was helpful and friendly.
- Marc ChiricoAugust 25, 2015I went for lunch and got The Noble Pig. The flavor is great and I recommend getting it on rye. Kind of pricy for a sandwich ($12) but the quality of the ingredients is enough to make me go back!
- Serious EatsJuly 17, 2014Housemade meat and cheese scream 'lunch,' but the sleeper hit here is breakfast. Try the Chorizo and Egg, with spicy chorizo and tangy salsa piccante.
- Zach EllisApril 8, 2014Ox Tongue Sando + egg = Awesome. Noble Pig Sando = Delicious. Chips (kettle) = Super Tasty. Potato Salad = Ok. Pork & Cabbage Soup = Disappointing. Cole Slaw = Supposedly Amazing. Cookies = Delicious!
- Sam WAugust 7, 2014The chocolate pudding here is so good! Add a fried egg to the Italian sausage sandwich, you'll thank me later. Skip the side salad, it's so-so and the other sides are better.
- Pork Belly & Brussels sprouts are ALWAYS a fave! New favorite bacon fries! PBLT on gluten-free bread.
- Josh ANovember 25, 2015Delicious. The tongue sandwich was great. The homemade pickles were yummy. Service was pretty quick at lunch time.

- Brittney PotterApril 11, 2015Great breakfast and fairly cheap! I love their granola and yougurt. Eggs were alright and the blueberry waffle was good.
- Pork Belly, Brussels sprouts, bacon fries and brisket are all amazing!!
- Bill W.April 3, 2014If you want a swift kick in the sinuses, the horseradish on the Knuckle Sandwich will do it. But it's totally worth it...
- Corey WardApril 3, 2014There's a long line at 12:30, but you can get a to-go order in 10–15 minutes flat and eat on the benches out front.
- Melon LSeptember 9, 2015Ignore what everyone else says, the PBLT is the thing to order. It'll change your life.
- Shaun CassellsAugust 11, 2014Lots of off menu vegetarian options off the menu. Ask if they have housemade pimento that day
- Dog friendly porch in the back, great service, breakfast is amazing.
- Shiny and still new, but familiar quality (even for breakfast). Set expectations to high
