Cold Brew $4, Berry Bowl (yogurt, granola and fresh berries) $6. Great staff, plenty of seating outside. Must visit for Arts District Coffee (and tea).

- They've relaunched the menu here and it's fantastic. Avocado Toast and California Muesli are the only two I've tried thus far. I just keep getting those as they are both that good.

The cold brew coffee is consistently excellent. It's smooth, rich, and easy to enjoy without milk or sweeteners.
