The staff are super efficient, informative, and friendly. Even if items you look for are not on the shelves, they go to the back room and check if they have them in stock in no time.

This is a must visit for travellers to get wifi and chill (there's hardly any free wifi in Japan!). Good ambience, music, charge your phone, chat with friends, research your trip and rest your feet!

Very efficient service available in English and probably other languages. I walked out with a new MacBookAir in literally no time. Wonderful. Love Apple!

日本に数あるApple Store の中でもダントツに大きく、美しいAppleStoreです。東京メトロ表参道駅 A2出口を出たすぐそばにあります。

都内アップルストアで初めて、B1と1Fの２フロアー型単独店舗。ビルテナントで無い分、大胆なデザインが可能になった。開放感のある３面ガラス張りの外観が印象強い。

素晴らしくこちらの意を汲んだ応対をしてもらえるお店です。ちなみにApple Storeは障害者割引があるので、該当される方は購入時ご相談を。また、Apple Store各店はWi-Fiを解放しています。

イベント「iPhoneやiPadで音楽の演奏や制作を楽しもう」は実際に音楽がつくれる作業が見られて面白かった。思ったよりも簡単に作れそうな気にさせてくれた。
