- Ivana BeloicaMarch 1, 2015Hakata ramen is usually a bit heavy for me, but it IS delicious and authentic. I LOVED kimchi ramen! The service is absolutely amazing, the staff is genuinely friendly, I will keep coming back!
- Thijs NiksApril 30, 2018Loved the spice Karbala-men ramen (with extra egg)! The broth is flavourful and the eggs perfectly soft-boiled. Ask them to not put syrup on the mochi though, if you get those for dessert.
- The noodles and broth are made from scratch, a guarantee of amazing, unforgettable taste. One of the best places to get a ramen in A'dam, undoubtedly. Try the munt lemonade as well!
- Sharon van LeeuwenDecember 23, 2014Kimchi ramen liked it, not my fav. Service was really good, he was really nice and attentive. Ordered the nikki wiskey, green tea and also green tea icecream. Nice place to hang out and eat noodles
- Vegans! You have to ask specifically for vegan ramen. Beware, it's just rice and broth with a few toppings. Also the kimchi has anchovies. Noodles have eggs and the broth has shrimp in it.
- Tak Shun LauAugust 19, 2017The miso soup is great, egg is also perfect. BBQ-pork's fat is not that even distrbuted. The Ramen(noodle itself) is over boiled for mine. I may need to try again next time. In general very good.
- IsmailFebruary 10Hakata Ramen Deluxe - Miso was as great as the one i ate in Kyoto, Japan. One level up should be a Michelin-star Ramen restaurant in Japan. 9,5 over 10!
- Maikel de JongAugust 7, 2017Best ramen in Amsterdam. Try the hakata ramen deluxe, with very tender pork chiarsiu. Also the pork buns are out of this world. Love the place ❤️
- Marcelo WigmanJune 24, 2019Amazing place!!! The best Ramen I have ever had, and I’ve had many! Even better than the famous Ivan Ramen in NYC ...
- The shoyu Hakata is delicious! Fresh ramen made in the shop with a broth cooking for 10+ hours. Finish with a scoop of mascha black sesame ice the topper to a wonderful dinner.
- Clarence TJanuary 18, 2016Mt. Fuji ramen, if you're really hungry. It's twice the size of a regular ramen serving. Finish all of it within reasonable time and get on the Wall of Fame.
- AnetaAugust 15, 2017Delicious handmade ramen! I loved their simple veggie ramen with extra kimchi. Service inattentive but nice once they show up ;)
- Giulianna G.February 9, 2015Authentic ramen and great decor. It's quiet even if it's crowded, staff is polite. Take the green tea ice cream and the homemade mint lemonade with your hakata ramen!
- NedraAugust 16, 2015Oh man, the Karaka-Men is god tier. On par with Tokyo ramen in my opinion. The pork was fall-out-your-chopsticks tender. If you like spicy food, you should give it a shot.
- Tomer ShaharAugust 14, 2016Nice atmosphere, the hakata ramen is very good, as well as the service. Although my favorite thing was the homemade ice tea. Definitly recommend this place!
- Great ramen and very tasty broth in the Hakata Deluxe shoyu. Preferred it over Fou Fou. Will have to return and try all the other variants.
- _July 25, 2015Hakata deluxe with siou had a buttery flavored base. Sesame chicken with shoyu had a saltier than most ramen rich broths.
- Jeremy EstrelladoAugust 21, 2016Hahaha Ramen. Super super good. A full meal for sure with the medium weight broth via soy sauce.
- Alexander LobovSeptember 4, 2017Excellent service and decent ramen but the tonkotsu at Fou Fow is superior. Also, minor quibble, but the genmaicha is weak.
- Liyun YangJune 27, 2015A good price around 11 to 15 euros for a big bowl of ramen, a bit too thick with the soup though. The place was quite new and well decorated. But the "damai" rice tea was not so tasty.
- PeterApril 15, 2015Hakata Deluxe is amazing, melt-in-your-mouth pork cutlet. Finish all the broth too! :D
- Cristine NataliaMarch 28, 2016I've tried ramen in Japan and this is the closest one to the authentic taste in Netherlands. Will definitely come back again!
- I'm a food lover. This place has one of the best ramen. I have been here few times, it has never failed me
- Cael PrussianJuly 21, 2015Ramen is one the best I have had outside of Japan. The thin style noodles in Hakata soup was a welcome surprise. Ingredients tasted fresh.
- Adriana TruongMarch 26, 2017Great ramen place! The Hakata deluxe miso is worth a try. I love it that they have gluten free options.
- Diego SilvaMay 22, 2015Creamy pork broth, homemade noodles and melt in your mouth pork belly, this is an absolute please ye and very filling!
- Beckie WilliamsSeptember 13, 2014Awesome new brunch spot. Tasty ramen in rich broth and great service. V welcome addition to the neighborhood.
- Great ramen! Huge portions. Try the Kimchi Ramen, not too spicy but had a nice kick. Very tasty :)
- Jeremy EstrelladoAugust 21, 2016Hakata Ramen. Super super good. A full meal for sure with the medium weight broth via soy sauce.
- Edo CostaFebruary 21, 2016Super tasy gyoza and ramen, nice place and friendly staff, just terrible location, in the middle of the tourist nightmare of central amsterdam
- NumuqueApril 15, 2015ramens are OK, portions are big and the place is stylish 👍 however options are too limited for vegetarians or those who doesn't like chicken and poultry 👎
- Sally LaitOctober 17, 2015Great ramen and side dishes, including melt-in-your-mouth pork. Try the Hakata Deluxe.
- Abdulaziz NAugust 21, 2018Ramen is really good in here. I had kimchi ramen without pork and home iced tea.
- Simon FlöterJanuary 3, 2015We had Karaka-men, gyoza and kimchi ramen. All were excellent and authentic we thought.
- Unbelievably good ramen. The Hakata's pork bone broth is so rich and creamy.
- Laurence ParkesSeptember 13, 2014The Hakata is unctuous, umami heaven. The gyoza are pretty good too.
- Kien Fam ChungFebruary 28, 2016Traditional ramen is really saturated and fat. Better to take kimchi and add ingredients
- Oscar TjinOctober 2, 2016Quite nice Ramen, not very special though but probably one of the better places for a dish in this neighborhood. Nice interior.
- This place is huge! Great service and really good spicy miso ramen.
- Kars AlfrinkAugust 13, 2015My tonkotsu ramen was mostly salt and fat, but not in a good way. The noodles were too thin for my taste. I dunno, not bad per se, but certainly not good either.
