Thijs NiksApril 30, 2018Loved the spice Karbala-men ramen (with extra egg)! The broth is flavourful and the eggs perfectly soft-boiled. Ask them to not put syrup on the mochi though, if you get those for dessert.
The noodles and broth are made from scratch, a guarantee of amazing, unforgettable taste. One of the best places to get a ramen in A'dam, undoubtedly. Try the munt lemonade as well!

Vegans! You have to ask specifically for vegan ramen. Beware, it's just rice and broth with a few toppings. Also the kimchi has anchovies. Noodles have eggs and the broth has shrimp in it.
Tak Shun LauAugust 19, 2017The miso soup is great, egg is also perfect. BBQ-pork's fat is not that even distrbuted. The Ramen(noodle itself) is over boiled for mine. I may need to try again next time. In general very good.

Fresh ramen made in the shop with a broth cooking for 10+ hours. Finish with a scoop of mascha black sesame ice the topper to a wonderful dinner.

NedraAugust 16, 2015Oh man, the Karaka-Men is god tier. On par with Tokyo ramen in my opinion. The pork was fall-out-your-chopsticks tender. If you like spicy food, you should give it a shot.

Great ramen and very tasty broth in the Hakata Deluxe shoyu. Preferred it over Fou Fou. Will have to return and try all the other variants.

Unbelievably good ramen. The Hakata's pork bone broth is so rich and creamy.
