It’s the best terminal in Guarulhos airport. It’s reserved only for international flights. If you need to go to Terminal 2, go to the 2nd floor and walk to there. It’s better than wait for the bus.

Brand new international terminal, spacious and modern. Seats with plugs (BR/EU style), free wifi, huge duty free shop, good restaurants. Going through customs was speedy, despite intense traffic.

Power outlets in the chairs at the gates use the Brazilian plugs. Regular US plugs won't work. Starbucks has USB ports for charging....

When you come out of passport control, don't walk right into the crazy loud duty free shop, just walk straight. There is no clear sign that guides you right out, but just don't go with the flow ;)

Architect should be shot: the transfer between T3 and T1/T2 requires going up a floor...the only way you can get there with luggage is through 4 tiny elevators. Nobody thought of building a ramp?

If you have a connecting flight from terminal 1 good luck getting all the way here. It's only by bus and traffic is always a mess

OK it looks nice and it is modern and big but the small details...still no "trams" to other terminals, still they yell what booth you have to go to at immigration, signage is just god awful...

Terminal de embarque internacional. Bem organizado, diversas cia aéreas estão aqui, entre elas a TAP e a Air Canadá. E as opções de lugares para tomar um café enquanto espera o voo são ótimas.

Finalmente um terminal descente em São Paulo. A maior cidade do Brasil, e o Aeroporto um lixo! Espero que quando migrar mais companhias ele continue com o bom pafrão. Arquitetura muito bonita! 👍✈️

Visual clean, pé direto imenso e mais opções de restaurantes / fast food (sem filas). O único problema é o número de pessoas que passam para poder ir e vir do Edifício Estacionamento.

Padrão europeu. Mas apenas o T3. Boas escolhas de restaurantes e fast food. Duty Free bem amplo. Lojas das melhores grifes também dentro da área de embarque.

Bonito porém não funcional. Não tem ar condicionado em toda a área de check in, é MUITO quente no calor! Quando estiver chovendo, traga seu guarda chuva, poque chove aqui dentro também! #superfaturado

Fui para o terminal durante a noite. Ele é grande e bonito. Na ocasião, chovia muito e, em certo momento, parte das luzes se apagaram. Além disso, teve muita infiltração de água.

Algo de dar orgulho à cidade de São Paulo. A prova de estabelecimentos como aeroportos devem ser privatizados, pois só dessa maneira conseguir-se-à a ter a qualidade necessária para atender a demanda.
