- Willem PoolSeptember 10, 2014Wonderful new venue that really adds to Amsterdam film culture. Great industrial architectural heritage and cosy at the same time. Comfortable seating. Down-side: absurd long queueing to get a drink.
- Martijn SijtsmaNovember 25, 2015I love this small authentic theater. No, it's not Imax 3D, it's a chill and small theaters to enjoy a movie with a small group. And get some great food afterwards @Foodhallen!
- A lot of cinema halls, good quality movies, can grab a yummy snack at FoodHallen next door. Modern and comfortable
- Film selection nice & broad: varies from totally weird to semi-commercial "indie". There's even a theatre w/wine coolers integrated into the seats (smuggle in your own bottle, tho, their wine is meh)!
- Rene PotNovember 28, 2015Great movies here. Only the best actually. And pretty cheap too. Don't doubt going here, just go!
- This new theater looks great and has the friendliest staff. Yes, I am a regular here. Only downside is the additional fee they charge for 3D movies.
- Peter ChristiansonAugust 3, 2016Decent movie theater with good sound system and a nice selection of indie films playing. I did find the elevated ceilings a little distracting, though.
- A new cinema of the cineville circuit, perfectly integrated in the new structure of Tramhallen: you could just spend all your week end there!
- Really great theatres with big, comfortable seats. Grab a bottle of wine and put it in the cup holder. Enjoy!
- Buy your online ticket in advance, save some money (1€ discount) and avoid the entrance queue.
- John BarnhamAugust 22, 2015Great cinema, no sticky carpets and no rampant children. A great place to see a good movies. Avoid the wine!
- Maria KlMay 20, 2018Great selection of movies. Right next to Food Hallen. Good opportunity to grab a bite before watching a movie.
- Dae PuntAugust 28, 2020Visit Seoul Food in the Kinkerstraat to grab a bite, before your movie starts! Hurry!
- Brad ThiesJanuary 2, 2017Buy tickets in advance. Rows only open on one side-low numbered seats are best for exiting.
- Risiana LevieAugust 3, 2015New cinema with an industrial feel. Nice big screens and comfortable seats.
- The best seats, lots of options and times! Amazing theatre
- Brian DammeirAugust 28, 2016Best movie theater in Amsterdam. The teenage riff raff don't bother, which is the best.
- Cool interior, good selection of drinks and even better selection of movies.
- Owen WilliamsOctober 30, 2015Best theatre in Amsterdam, next door to the best place to chill out and eat dinner.
- Lauren HannahOctober 3, 20153D glasses were a bit uncomfortable and small compared to Pathé and Utopolis glasses. Different system so you can't use your own.
- Astrid JunghansApril 24, 2016Small theaters, good bar, nice design and close to foodhallen for snacks
- Lauren HannahOctober 3, 2015A bit expensive (€12,50 for an adult 3D ticket), but you gotta accept that if you want to support indie cinemas.
- My favorite cinema in the city. Dont even bother going to Pathé.
- Shaun WestonAugust 23, 2015Rubbish wine, so don't bother. But hey, no kids, no mice, no Pathé ticket nonsense, and a nice vibe. Will go to this cinema more often!
- Try to reach cinema number 4 ; Biggest seats in the theatre to plunge into.
- Gulce KarsliOctober 19, 2014They know how to do it all design, hipster and expensive, but they miss the movie essentials: no popcorn (sold out), late switch between trailers, forgot to switch the lights on after the movie...
