- Jane SnowOctober 23, 2011Redhook sampler is a must-try. We were also brought 2 samples of off-menu brews, Barley Wine & Imperial IPA. If you enjoy their Long Hammer IPA the Imperial IPA is worth a try. Gr8 food & service 2.

- Cosmo GiornoMarch 1, 2013Doug is fantastic. The noon tour is usually small and you get a much better personal tour. Free souvenir glass at the end of sampling.
- Great environment. The food in the restaurant was good with great service. The attached gift shop is a nice compliment to the tours. The highlight (at least once) is to go on this tour.
- Cask beer. Trust me, give it a shot. You'll be glad you did. The burgers are pretty good as well as the beer.

- Literally the best beer around. Each of their seasonals are delicious and distinct from all the other mass marketed crap. Tip well these people deserve it!

- Bison burger!!! Also, table near fireplace has super comfy couches if you can snag it!

- Best brews around. Try pub club or buff chic pita. Couch is the ultimate lunch spot.
- Take the 4pm Brewery tour on Saturday. Stand in back so you can be first into the tasting room at the end of the tour. Pour generously.

- Try the Blinter it's amazing! Combo of blonde and winter nothing hits the spot quite like the Blinter!
- Take the red hook brewery tour. It's only $1 and you get to sample some beers.
- Get a order of chilli and some fries.....pour the chilli on the fries..... Pair it w/ a blinter...... Done
- Most knowledgeable bar tenders in the Portsmouth area, def know their beer!

- Try chicken tenders ... enormous portion & really good.
- Live music on the patio every Thursday night all summer ... A different band each week.
