A chain from Japan, but it's probably the best ramen in Seattle. Don't even try the low sodium broth and go for the traditional broth. Add an egg an the fatty pork belly and go home happy.

Second location to the one in Northgate. Same familiar feel. Recently renamed to Kizuki. Garlic tonkotsu was tasty. Bar seating available to 21+ to skip the line.

Yann B.October 8, 2017Delicious traditional tonkatsu shoyu ramen. Swap the pork for pork belly. The karaage is deliciously marinaded in ginger/soy sauce and comes with a spicy Japanese mayo.

Delicious and spicy ramen. Large portions, too - so easy to over order. Hopping, but not too busy at 1pm so good for lunch.

Try the takoyaki and garlic tonkotsu ramen! I'd definitely recommend upgrading to pork belly and add an extra egg if you're extra hungry

SNovember 18, 2015The broth has none of the creaminess you would expect. I ordered the 'extra rich' version and it still tasted like it was made on the spot.
Occasionally they have painfully clueless hosts.
