This is my fav restaurant in the city mostly bc the food is amazing and they have washroom slippers but also bc the staff yells at you in Japanese a lot and I'm totally into that
Wow, just Wow! Some friends took me to Guu Saka Bar and such a cool experience! Great food, great ambiance and funny cool loudy staff! Makes everything so GUU'D!
Very authentic Japanese restaurant. Set menus are good for tasting the most out of the menu. Ribs and oysters are recommended. Unfortunately there is no sushi here
Great if you love this style food. If you are picky there is an amazing rice/chilli dish! Amazing drinks. Atmosphere is energetic. A great place for small groups.
Fave dish: kakimayo!! Next would be fried Brie and cheese+mushroom bibimbap. Sakabar has become a lot more packed over the last year...at least they take reservations now!
I love being able to communicate with the waiters/waitresses in Japanese. Very fond of the Ramune sour, and the Karaage. The energy, and atmosphere of this bar is amazing, and I highly recommend a try

It was louder than a night club on a Friday night. Then it was somebody's birthday and it became rock concert level. hahaha Excellent food. Neo Japanese Morimoto style cuisine. I prefer traditional.
Don't sit at the corner bar by the stairs to the bathroom you'll get less attention from servers. I don't understand why they don't open the other half of the plans when they are at 40 minute waits!?
Unfortunately not what it used to be. It’s not bad but food quality has gone down, service not as good, and last time I was there the bartender was polishing glassware with his breath.
Used to love this place. It’s still decent but the food quality has gone down a bit. On a slightly concerning note... watched this guy polish the glassware for an hour by breathing on it.
