Came here for baiju, oxtail, lamb skewers, and a carafe of chrysanthemum tea. The tea had slightly syrupy texture, but tasted great. Baiju was strong, oxtail cooked well, and lamb was phenomenal.

The noodle gurus at Xi’an Famous Foods (and its sit-down spinoff) clearly have a way with dough and meat, so it’s no surprise that their spicy and sour lamb dumplings are incredible. Read more

Dreams come true! Think Xian with more options and seating in a nice space. Order the young chicken noodles, big enough for two. Start with the skewers. Tip: mild is already spicy

The noodle dishes can all be made soups so don't fret when you see only one soup on the menu. For skewers, the bok choy has an incredible sauce that should not be missed!

It's pretty much the same exact thing as their sister restaurant Xi'ang, except it's a sit down. I can't complain because the food is as amazing there as it is here, but just wished for something more

So excited this is finally in the city! A more comfortable, sit-down version of its cousin Xi'an at the same prices. If you like spice, go for the "more spicy."

Great sit down restaurant option compared to their Xi'an's Famous Food takeout joints. Get the lamb dumplings, fern salad, cumin burgers or cumin handpulled noodles.

The spicy cumin lamb noodles are out of this world and I loved the quail eggs with the pork sausage. The skewers are really good as well.

I thought I knew most regional Chinese cuisines but this was very different, and delicious! Unlike anything I've had. Food in the style of Xi'an, China.

Fiddlehead fern salad is amazing! If you want to try baijiu, China's sorghum liquor of choice, there is a wide selection on the menu.

Sit-down sister restaurant of Xi'an Famous Foods. It's pricier, but much cozier and more comfortable, so I'd choose Biang! when I'm not on the go.

If you're someone who likes Americanized Chinese food, this may not be the place for you, as all of the food is very "authentic." I ordered three dishes and disliked all of them. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
