- The food is deserving of it's one-Michelin star. Get the soya sauce chicken. Chicken sells out 20-30 minutes before closing so be sure to get there early.
- SongJanuary 15, 2017World's cheapest Michelin meal! 2 queues systems - One outside the restaurant, and another at the counter. Beat the queue inside using the self-ordering machine.Upvoted Mar 19
- CJanuary 2, 2017Hawker Chan - more expensive than the hawker centre version but u get aircon and nice seats. Awesome chicken and char siew (must order!) and try the red chilli w a kick
- TingDecember 21, 2016Touted as the world's cheapest Michelin star dish, the soya sauce chicken served here is indeed outstanding. Be prepared to queue though but at least there is aircon!
- PauAugust 27, 2018Yummy soja roasted chicken with rice. Long line before to order (at leas 30 min). Don’t miss the cheapest 1 Michelin star experience. It is worth it
- Patty CAugust 5, 2017I dont know why people are complaining about the food here. I had the chicken soya sauce hor fun and it was damn good. Just be prepared for the looong lines!
- AlexMay 25, 2017Chicken was really soft and tender. Love their soya sauce on rice. Chili sauce is the bomb! Definately worth trying this Michelin star experience!
- Allison NiksichNovember 20, 2019Cheapest 1 star Michelin Star meal in the world! Definitely worth it to go and take a taste - it was pretty good but didn’t wow me.
- Liz LJanuary 8, 2017Avoid the rice, get the noodles and make sure to mix them well with the sauce!! Char siew is good.
- Alice SunAugust 7, 2019Tasty food and not very expensive compared with others and the portion is big! Very worth to try it! 👍🏻
- Elizabeth LeeMay 20, 2017Really tender and juicy braised chicken. Their double meat platter has the crunchy roasted meat and sweet bbq char siew. Thumbs up! Come near the closing time to avoid queuing.
- Chriszy KarununganDecember 7, 2018Love the veggie, Soso for the soya chicken rice. Plus the long queue Soya Chicken at $3.80 you’ll get plain rice + chicken + peanut
- Luis Fabian KobayashiSeptember 17, 2017I would only recommend the meats, delicious! Most sides however (noodles, rice) are bad. Prices, portions and Thai tofu are incredible too. Overall average, don't know why it got a Michelin star.
- Both the rice and noodles are good. Noodles come with a side of sambal belacan which complements the noodles really well.
- Prieska Lie JunniesMay 18, 2017It is the cheapest hawker center , soya chicken it's nice. I thought they got hainam rice instead of plain rice , but overall it is nice . Be back for sure
- Evelyn TanJanuary 26, 2017Was here on 23/1, short queue. Cha siew is nice, chicken not as tender, pork belly fatty, wonton soup has a funny taste, roselle drink tastes like medicine, noodles are ok, don't fancy their chilli.
- James MaskellFebruary 10, 2017You can add extra meat to your order. My recommendation is to get chicken breast and pork. The chicken thigh is fiddly due to bones.
- PauAugust 27, 2018Nice chicken with noodles. Don’t miss the experience. Dish really tasty and flavorful
- William LeeMarch 27, 2017Tried the soya sauce chicken, very nice! Be prepared to wait for 30min or more... Q for order then Q to pick up your order again 😅
- M SMarch 14, 2017Overrated. The chicken was okay but the noodles were not. Didn't like the self service system as well.
- Jia Liang OoiOctober 27, 2017It’s a disappointment. I wanted to visit the actual stall opposite but it was closed for the day. Save as to their truly tender chicken, it’s rather bland and tasteless. Roasted pork isn’t good either
- Ratna SvrFebruary 27, 2018the noodle is so chewy, the char siew is awesome! the chicken is a must too! totally worth the queue
- Kai Pin LimDecember 24, 2018I personally think their noodles are better than the rice although their sauce is little bit sweeter. Their chicken and pork are delicious indeed!
- MACFebruary 24, 2017Noodles are very springy & chicken is tasty. Price of half chicken is $12, not too bad for restaurant setting.
- Morgan DavisJanuary 26, 2018Famous Chicken & Rice, but don’t overlook the various Pork options they are also outstanding!
- Chriszy KarununganDecember 7, 2018Theres a kiosk upon entry. Order there if theres a long queue. Faster.
- Adelina OngJanuary 4Soya sauce chicken noodles. Very tender chicken. Perfectly springy noodles. Good chilli sauce.
- Tobias WeißenfelsOctober 21, 2017The owner now obviously makes a lot of money with the restaurant but I wasn't impressed by the chicken. It's nice but did not overwhelm me. The restaurant is quite busy and touristic
- ZhiWei LimApril 23, 2017Seriously..don't understand the hype..rice is hard..chicken is normal..totally not worth it
- Lane RettigJuly 31, 2017Unimpressed. Long line, food wasn't that special, not worth the wait. The chicken was tender but the cha siu and roast pork was even better.
- Polina KhromovaMay 11, 2021it is tasty yes, but not worth the hype; place is crowded, quiet long queue, but waiting time is still minimum given all that
- Adrianna TanJune 5, 2017Came here at 7.30pm hoping to get some chicken. Plenty left. But the chicken I got was bloody, and didn't taste as good as it used to. Pity.
- MichelleApril 6, 2018Come here early and you’ll get straight in! Get the wonton noodles with chicken.
- Angela WilsonSeptember 17, 2018The roast pork was 90% fat and not very crispy. I have had better dishes at other hawker stalls!
- Yasemin AvcularDecember 28, 2023Not worth the trip. Service is pretty bad, food is average. They close earlier than advertised, so show up at least an hour before the close time if you really wanna check out!
- Julia LuAugust 8, 2019Nothing that special about this place..you can the same quality at any hawker center
- ANNA CHEWSeptember 1, 2017Standards have dropped. Clumpy rice, barely enough gravy and dry tasteless chicken. Gone is the quality
