For a 3 stars hotel, the hotel is decent and clean. I was lucky to stay in one of the renovated rooms, and I can say that the value of the room was higher than what I paid. Location is amazing too!

Decent hotel. Extremely affordable. If you are looking for a "student" priced place that isn't sketch I'd recommend this place. (Its also right by the Bell Center which is a bonus)

Looks shabby on the outside but pleasantly nice on the inside. Free coffee & espresso 24/7! This hotel has hardwood floors if its matters to anyone.

Nice hotel, 5mn from a subway and 10mn from the downtown by foot. Very nice rooms, big restaurant downstairs.

After 10 years of visits things are getting a little worse each visit. All the properties near it have begun turning into condos, so the value is likely in the land not the business.

Ask for a renovated and updated room on the 7th floor. Very nice and even the rooms close to the elevator are very quiet.

if you are looking for a relatively Cheap Hotel, very good location, clean, Free espresso 24/7, than this is your place.

Nice hotel, 10mn by foot from the downtown. Rooms and bathroom are ok. 5mn from the subway.

Was woken up by a few power drills! Also, in the apartment with the balcony door open, there is a sketchy woman that periodically comes out and stares into the hotel rooms and rocks back and forth.

It's a cheap place to stay with renovated rooms (not the common areas), but if you're not on a short budget, I would stay somewhere else.

For the price, the rooms are nice and it's right Downtown. But the walls are thin and the elevator is so loud! If you need quiet to sleep, consider a better hotel! Won't be coming back to this hotel.

Rooms are clean, but there is an extra 26$ for the parking and 250$ cash deposit for everybody... the service was mediocre.

Super thin walls (you can basically hear your neighbours farting), and you'd have better luck using Morse code than their wifi.
