- Rob NesbitJune 18, 2016Atmosphere was cheerful and lively. Ordered some strong craft beer, that I forgot the name of, but it was bloody good. Service was prompt, despite the big crowd.
Very nice atmosphere, plenty of space to seat. they do their own beer ! It's very central, at the bottom of Grafton St.Go for the cheese and meat board, very nice portion of cheeses and antipasti.
For a brewbar they have great strawberry daiquiris (better than the one on Parliament st). Wings quite good, the large portion is not too large though (but can feed two girls :)
Quieter than its Temple Bar sister bar, Porterhouse Central has the same full menu but is less crowded. Try one of their local brews or cask ales. Don't try to order a Guinness. 🍺😏
The chicken wings here are fantastic, get them hot or suicide (added jalapeños). Wash down with a surfer on acid. Repeat.
