Actually if you want to eat your meal in Bryant or Central Park you can buy quality meat and cheese from here. Great goudas and old cheddars. Delicious market but always crowded in the line.

Chicken sushi, bacon sushi, beef sushi. OMG. AMAZING. I don't like seafood...so I go here for my sushi fix. Also, for breakfast try the tres leches donut.
This coffee shop has nice clean cut atmosphere but the breakfast is very mediocre (microwaved toast with cheese and brocolli) and bad coffee. Oh and very expensive too!
Egg is pre cooked and has little flavor on the breakfast sandwich. Overpriced mediocre food in elegant packaging- typical Times Sq "business lunch" trap.
