Sure, get the sandwiches and smoked meat, everyone knows that, but just don't forget the poutine! And if you're lucky, maybe it's Poutine Week 😉 God bless, Poutine Week. Be prepared for a wait!

Even though it's small and sometimes difficult to get a seat, the reward is totally worth it! Poutine week was a pretty amazing feat! Weekday lunch is a safer bet for seating than weekend.

Have the smoked brisket (called smoked meat here) served traditionally on rye bread with a schmear of mustard, or chopped up & smothered on fries with cheese curds & gravy in the smoked-meat poutine. Read more

Canadians are really onto something with their gravy-and-cheese-covered poutine. We love the version at Brooklyn’s Mile End, which also incorporates the deli's famed pastrami-like smoked meat. Read more

Loved everything about this place. The open kitchen, Canadian spirit, 90s tunes but especially the smoked meat which packed a ton of flavor. Plus they have poutine!

Wow! Best smoked meat (smoked brisket) sandwich I've ever had! Perfect smokiness with the kick of mustard. Brisket was tender and moist! Only wish was maybe toast the bread. 5/5

The Smoked Meat burger is topped with a fried egg, pickles, red onions, mustard-mayo, and American cheese on an onion roll. It's a giant mess, but the fallen-apart mess is still fun to eat. Read more

I was craving everything. I chose the bagel with steak, egg and cream cheese with chives. It was bigger than expected (Which is a good surprise with food). So tasty. The place is nice and quiet.

Cozy, perfect for lunch. The chicken schnitzel BLT, chicken salad sandwich & The Leo (scrambled eggs with caramelized onions & smoked salmon) were highlights. Get some latkes (3) if you’re hungry.

This place is so authentically amazin. Ever felt the guilt of the famously un-Kosher combination of chicken salad and bacon? Here gribenes act in lieu of the pork and don't disappoint. So damn good..
