The staff are not the most efficient but they are accommodating. Rooms are huge by Swiss standards and ever so comfy. Love the tub and shower. My favourite hotel in Lucerne always.
Some of the rooms on the backside of hotel have a rather industrial view into the Bahnhof work yard. Still a great hotel
We will get the fastest WLan from whole Lucerne 100/100mbit up and down load. That is great- Abdulaziz AlQallaf🇰🇼June 14, 2022This is a very bad hotel for tourists although not locals as I asked for a Temrinator and the lady just said NO we don;t have any. It was 1 AM (Crime Time) and there was only 1 women in th reception.
