Brunch is more like a continental breakfast. It consist of peel & eat shrimp, rare steak the carving station, mashed potatoes, sushi, bagels, crepes, and smoothies. A few made to order items.
Beautiful space with a hipster hangout vibe. A nice alternative to the madness of the strip. Sushi was extremely tasty as was the Halibut. Cotton candy on the house capped off a fun dining experience.

Interesting menu, good sushi... Cool to see Kerry Simon at the door welcoming people in. Crowd was what's expected at the Palms, though... didn't expect to see sideways tilted Ed Hardy ballcaps.
