- Bayan BamukhayyarNovember 26, 2016Stayed here for a few nights in August. The rooms are in very clean shape as though the hotel was brand new. Hallways are quiet at night, and lobby is airy and elegant.
- Go to the bar. Order an $8 Ooh La La with the Four Square tip. Cheapest drink you'll have in Manhattan. Don't worry if you're a guy! Last call at the bar at 12:30am but room service for wine is later!
- Jennifer CarlisleJune 18, 2012Great staff, clean rooms, stellar location and great food! Don't forget to stop by the concierge for great spots to see!
- Barbara BahnyJuly 12, 2012Try one of Mixologist Jose Torrella's Garden Variety Summer Cocktails - they use fresh fruit and herbs veggies, from the rooftop.
- Peter TJune 21, 2022An upmarket NYC hotel, comfortable and well decorated rooms (not the usual US beige!) with a good gym and very helpful staff. NOt sure why there is a "resort" type charge for a city hotel though......
- ChloeDecember 26, 2021It’s very nice of them when I arrived from the airport at 7 am, gave me a room immediately and put me in the top floor. Lovely features in the room. Many thanks to people who helped me happy holidays.
- Vito TelischakJune 17, 2013The BBQ sauce used on their chicken is delicious. It is a sweet and spicy. Perfectly delectable.

- Barbara BahnyOctober 16, 2010Try the lasagna at the Barclay Bar&Grill - it is all house made by the Chef, the pasta, the cheeses, the sauce. Very light and really tasty.
- The breakfast is amazing😋 everything is healthy and organic!

- Reuters Business TravellerApril 1, 2011Perhaps the most elegant business hotel in town is particularly admired for its grand lobby and 1,500-sq ft Health Club
- Steven BullockMay 8, 2011Nice hotel. Comfy rooms. Pricey Internet access! When you pay for a 4 star hotel, why can't they just throw in the web?
- Gym is on the 3rd Floor. Very few machines & most usually not working. Towels & headphones available though.
- Excellent hotel. The staff was amazing and helpfull all the time.

www.topguest.com and earn 50 Priority Club points each time you check in to an IHG property. - Matt HantzNovember 3, 2012When they put WiFi in the rooms they took out the entertainment center, meaning no movies. Just basic cable.
- Lyn DingNovember 10, 2012Wifi in the lobby sucks. It's better to shut off the wifi and use cellular data to get the Internet running.
- Tina S.May 3, 2011Maybe it's just an off night, but the inattentive bar staff are making this less than enjoyable.
- MashenKitaSeptember 1, 2014I would never stay here again. There was no room service nor servibar at the room. Staff dont care at all if u complain abouy anthing. The only nice person was the concierge.
- NO WI-FI....!!!!!!! Rooms are small. I did expect a larger room. By far this a let down. ;(
- Kelly GNovember 16, 2010Checked room extensively, and no sign of bedbugs, despite the reports I read online.
