A very nice hotel. My room is super nice, and the staff extremely friendly! The restaurant is nice, and so is the xbar. Great place for business and conferences!
My new favorite place to stay in LA. AAA rate. $161 including 2 breakfasts make this 1 of the better values in the area. Killer views from the higher floors. X Bar has comfy booths.
You can ask for a coffee maker. Also they now have a grab and go room. A couple of microwaves and anything you might need. Extra towels, toilet paper, etc

Really great sushi restaurant inside, but doesn't open until about 5:30pm. However, the cabana is open to order food as well as a burger joint inside the lobby.
This luxurioushotel makes it incredibly difficult to get a cup of coffee! No machine in the room. No to-go from restaurant or lobby. Just Starbucks. So get dressed & go get a $5 cup! Ridiculous
Misleading 45 yr anniv award. States "free beverage at their Starbucks" however hotel front desk will only give you the reg coffee or a tea bag tea. Needs state the specifics.
The service here leaves much to be desired. The bell men are far from attentive. The room service was either out of the food I was ordering or were completely not serving the selection at all.
