Fantastic Pinos and a moderate price.
You're slightly older than when you started reading this bio.
Certainly a contender for best coffee in Sonoma County. And an amazing space at their location in the Barlowe.
Woodfour is a gem. Constantly exceeds expectations.
Everything. Hands down the best true cocktail bar in the city. Also the Southern Exposure and the Vieux Carre.
Slow, careless service. Good pancakes. Rest of the food is middling. Bad Folgers-esque house coffee.
Baristas getting on some next level coffee chemistry shit.
Let's face it, this was a great spot, but is in decline. A new Sugarhouse spot-Botanica-has faster wifi, less crowds, more/easier plugs, superior service and pour over coffee. I've lost my CG love.
The Wi-Fi here blows so bad you'll want to throw your computer against the brick wall, repeatedly. Not the best place to get stuff done, if you need a good connection. Which these days is always?
In UT you almost always pay too much for crappy over-hyped food. They don't actually know fine dining. Chimayo is a rare exception to this rule. Food and service that lives up to the price point.
If you get a moment be sure to pick Stu Stein's brain for some brilliant market insights and possible bro tips.
Ran into Billy Bob Thornton in the lobby earlier.
Come here just to get their double cappuccino, which comes in a bowl. Delicious. Actually very nice espresso. Weekend mornings, seating is hard to get and the place can get rather romper room though.
