All the tips recommending Brindisa's chorizo sandwich are bang-on. It is amazing. Brave the (invariably very long) queues, it's well worth it. Roast to go also do an awesome pork belly sandwich.
Someone on Twitter told me the grilled cheese guy everyone's talking about got banned (!!), but if you can find him please leave a tip. In the meantime, bratwursts are pretty good.

If you like Market food then venture down to the Market on a Friday as there's more food stalls. If you want to avoid tourists on a Saturday then go there early morning.
Great food and atmosphere
Go for the Chorizo roll for brunch, Raclette for lunch and Konditor & Cooke for desert. Then head for the gym !
Or, ignore all that expensive food, and have a nice pint of Harveys at the Market Porter and watch everyone scurry around.
Oysters, venison burgers and the game stall in general are great on a saturday morning followed by a nice pint of ale outside one of the pubs
GREAT place for fresh food! Go there around lunch time, you will be more than satisfied after trying all the good stuff they sell here!
An absolute must for anyone who's never been. Would recommend the Argentine empanadas-they are delicious and the queue usually isn't too long!
This is a great place to go on an empty stomach! There is an amazing selection of food ranging from delicious sandwiches and cheeses to wine! There are also plenty of samples for you :-)
