Pictured here is 1/4 pound of pulled pork, 1/4 pound of pork belly (those chewy nubs look SO good) and 1/4 rack of ribs (St. Louis style/ dry ribs), with baked beans thrown in for good measure. Read more

Found this place looking for a spot to watch the World Cup. Food was fantastic! Service was outstanding. Our bartender Christine was friendly, and amazing. Good beers on tap. Definitely will go again

Two words… "meat candy." If you don't know now, you should visit and do some research. Tiny spot, expanding next door. For now expect a wait that's well worth it.

Their Filipino sausage sandwich is a take on Longaniza served with garlic aioli & pickled shallots (Not sure if still on the menu). Get the Gimme the Beef Platter - 1/4 lb brisket & 1/4 burnt ends.

The chili cheese nachos are excellent. If you order it, make sure you have several mouths to help. We ordered it with the pico, sour cream and jalapeños on the side to adjust for personal tastes.

We got Butcher’s Bar catered & it was so dang delicious. The Mac and cheese, ribs and cornbread were stellar. Wish I could’ve tried the brisket but it ran out fast, so I’m sure that was great too.

Dry-rub BBQ. Fall-off-bone ribs were tough & dry. Brisket, (the best) burnt ends, pickles, applewood bacon baked beans, 1/2 sweet & 1/2 unsweetened iced tea! Outdoor deck seating.

Great BBQ In Astoria. The burnt ends here is excellent, great flavor, and melts in your mouth good - you will eat it all. The drink cocktails are very good, friendly staff and nice decor.

Delicious drinks & authentic BBQ I'm from Texas, and this is pretty great BBQ. The Austin salad with pulled chicken is so filling and delicious. Mac n cheese is to die for and don't forget the sauces!

Pulled pork, coleslaw, garlic broccoli, cornbread are good. Pork belly overcooked, brisket was flavorless. Mac & cheese OK if you add S&P. Baked beans acceptable but soupy, didn't see any bacon.

Butcher Bar makes me want to move to Astoria. Truth. It's expanding next door soon. The Meat Candy Burnt Ends, Brisket & Applewood Smoked Bacon are delicious. The Apple Pie is good. They serve Shiner.

The Philly cheesesteak is AMAZING!!! The 3 cheese sauce takes this sandwich to a different level of awesome. Slaw is A+. BYOb, $2.79/pp. The burnt ends are good, but John Brown BBQ keeps 1st place.

If you're a first-timer, get the sampler platter with your choice of three meats -- it'll be enough to share with room for dessert, or can be dinner for one if you're really hungry.

A big thanks to Teddy and Matt for flawless catering. 40lbs of mac n cheese, 20lbs of slaw, 20lbs of yams, and 100 corn cakes with the amazing honey butter. On point and ultimately delicious. Thanks!

You'd be crazy not to get the smoked pork belly. It blows the burnt ends out of the water. While you're here be sure to try one of their organic sodas and stick around for the free apple pie. Awesome.
