Explore a coral reef, the Amazon and outer space—all in one day. Only at the California Academy of Sciences in Golden Gate Park.
Super busy on Sundays!
THERE'S SO MUCH TO SEE!
Para mi el mejor museo de San Francisco me encanto el enorme circulo al centro del museo que te hace experimentar distintos tipos de climas mientras vas subiendo con el acuario al fondo imperdible
Thursday night life is fun!
Try out the fragile planet show in the planetarium. Its more about outer space than Earth itself but has an excellent immersive feel.
Make sure you check out the living roof from the third floor.
Birds and fish and dinos and stars!
I've been coming here since I was a small child but still love it in my early 20s. lots to see—give yourself time
Yazılabilecek o kadar harika şey var ki... mükemmel bir yer yolunuz san Francisco'ya düşerse ziyaret edin...
Cool planetarium and aquarium
If you're tourist, you have to visit this amazing museum. The ticket is a little expensive but is worth it.
Just seen Wonderful Aquarium.
Our favorite way to spend a Thursday night, Nightlife has DJs and bars stationed around the entire place for your Friday Eve enjoyment.
Very interesting. Spent a lot of time in the rainforest (albino alligator etc.) Both planetarium shows are informational too. Not a huge amount of things to do but you can stay busy!
Uma das noites mais incríveis que eu tive! Ciência, boa comida e vida noturna no mesmo lugar. Dica: façam o tour noturno com coquetel incluído: http://bit.ly/1tDyQh7
Nightlife at the academy is really fun!!!
The planetarium it's amazing and the rainforest is a must!!!
Great place for kids of all ages! The rainforest is awesome!
The rainforest is super cool. Also I hear good things about the planetarium but have only gone for nightlife (Thurs, $12, 21+) and am always late.
If you're cool and 21+ years old, go on Thursday nights, where you can visit the museum with drinks and music!
Thursday night life.
The simulated earth quake is fun and not scary.
Earthquake experience it's really cool
Way more than I anticipated. The place itself is a work of art. Thumbs up. My fav was the rainforest with all the butterflies and wild birds flying free.
Membership at the California academy is the best - perfect for days out in the world of science.
All the exhibits are good! The cafe is incredibly expensive, I would recommend bringing your own lunch. Also bring money for the parking garage there. Easier than parking on the street!
Better to go at night time. They have booze but a bit pricey but no kids
The CalAcad Planetarium beats out every other planetarium oh been to in terms of projection and show quality.
Earthquake exhibit is my favorite
Awesome aquarium and rainforest exhibit. Butterflies run rampant in a realistic biological setting. Took my fiancee and I about 3 and a half hours to get through everything. Worth every penny
Incredible aquarium...incomparable to the Aquarium by the Bay. NightLife is a fun way to see it on Thursday nights. It's 21+ w/ cocktails available all over the museum and special exhibits and themes.
Brilliantly maintained museum with a massive collection of animals. A beautiful aquarium along with the tropical rainforest tour. End it off by seeing the massive sperm whale skeleton.
Penguins are amazingly cute!
Pricey admission but lots of interesting exhibits. Worth it if you see the whole place
Increíble lugar! No olviden subir el techo viviente!
Giraffes are not afraid of earthquakes
Lovely place. The botanic garden and aquarium are my favorites. Visually stunning and dazzling.
it is amazing
This is the "largest public Platinum-rated building in the world, and also the world’s greenest museum", and also houses the Steinhart Aquarium & the Morrison Planetarium.
Planetarium very informative
Maravilha vale a pena conhecer .
get tickets for the dome shows early THEN go walk around - they fill up quickly!
Amazing place to spend a day with the kids.
