1. The Foundry
leah: The pot roast sliders, skillet tots, and beer pretzels are all A++ would eat again.
2. Contra Costa Transfer & Recovery Station
leah: Grab a taco from the taco truck on your way out. Best around.
3. Connolly's Pub & Restaurant
leah: Watch out for a bartender named Graham. His behavior toward women is criminal. He's pictured with that bottle of wild turkey that another foursquare user posted earlier in June of this year.
4. the Loaded Hog
leah: The real deal.
5. Clean Dog Healthy Dog
leah: Best groomers around! My dog hates to leave.
6. The Home Depot
leah: Ken is a dead ringer for Chris Farley. Also, a certified Loader. Nobody better at loading your stuff than Ken.
7. Residual Sugar Wine Bar + Merchant
leah: Dudes, this place is ALWAYS packed w the ladies. Plus, the service is great. Try the beet salad. YUM!
8. Pancoast Pizza
leah: Don't go piling on a bunch of topping—this is NY-style pizza. Appreciate it by putting just a couple things on it or even just cheese; that's all it needs for perfection!
9. Walnut Creek Gasoline
leah: Less expensive & they clean your windshield.
10. Casa Orozco Mexican
leah: Try the molé. It's the best in the bay.
11. Nordstrom Broadway Plaza in Walnut Creek
leah: Check out the hand dryer. Wicked fast.
12. ØL Beer Cafe & Bottle Shop
leah: Get a beer, then head around the corner to Residual Sugar for beer, wine & food. Oh, and better service.
13. The Home Depot
leah: Best Home Depot for actual building materials. If you want plants and decorative stuff, go to San Ramon. This is the HD for gettin' work done.
