Go for the syphon or pour over versus espresso. Great array of singles & they're probably roasting for filter given the espresso machine they use is a single group domestic.

I find it difficult to understand why you'd stay anywhere else in Bali. 24hr pool, gym, spa & biz lounge access. iPod docks + Bose speakers in all rooms. Rain showers, great design, the works. W wins.
Such a waste that most of the statues were closed. Bear in mind that they'll make you wear a sarong at the entrance.
Good option in Seminyak if you're not in the market for the W. Boutique & def not 5 star. Rooms a bit pokey with poor views but extremely friendly service, Kiehls toiletries & random perks.
Bourdain must've been smoking crack when he called these martinis the best outside NYC. But the ribs are indeed excellent. I suggest you have them with a beer or maybe a Bloody Mary.
Room for improvement (like use better ice pls omg) but having sampled a negroni & a whiskey sour, these might be the best classic cocktails in Bali. Well-trained bartenders & a great space upstairs.
