The restaurant seems to be no more, and instead it's just box lunch from an open fridge. Bland, if slightly above average for that kind of thing.
Was really good 3 years ago, then so-so for a while. Now it sucks. Almost inedible previously-cooked-but-now-dry-and-cold on the (once fabulous) pomelo salad and "fresh" herbs that aren't. Sad.
Might be the world's best Middle Eastern street food, cooked up by gourmet chef Eyal Shani. The chicken liver pitta was just outrageous and they serve beer too. Next stop, his Paris location!
Bakskuld (a local smoked fish delicacy), deserts, great beer selection too.
Wonderful art space, and great people running it too.
Equally amazing for a romantic twosome in the baths at night, and a baby on the lawns in the day.
Camp at luxury camping site Terrain Ruisseau – amazing and kind of too much :)
The lobster soup is world class good and the minke whale (as well as horse and fish) served on sticks is just over the top — and illegal in many countries. Cosy, quaint ... and plastic cutlery only.
Favorite by far Thai in CPH. The Miang Kam starter must NOT be missed — and in general their starters are so good that I usually prefer a handful to the entrés. And Ranee is a cool gal too!
