Laguardia is the easiest airport to get in and out of in all of NYC!!! believe me: I've flown them all and laguardia beats the hoers hands down!!!!
This is a great airport, if you're traveling international you must wait long lines but if your an American Express cardholder you get great benefits :) other than that this is a great airport :)
If you're a fist time visitor this airport can get super busy. For international flights I'll recommend arriving four hours before and domestic two hours. The service is great and everything is clean
