Joshua HeykoopMarch 17, 2014I was just there with Mich Deca and the customer service was horrible and a couple of the rooms had bed bugs in them. Other than that the view is awesome and they have a lot to do in and around you.

Lisa FenimoreAugust 6, 2010This is not a hotel, it's a city. Grab ur map and good luck. It's extremely confusing but it has a ton to offer, including access to the "People Mover", that will take you around downtown for 50cents
The front desk people aren't the nicest, but it's an overall good spot.

To navigate hotel; always go to floor 1. Take escalator up for cvs, transit & tunnels. Down for food courts

They need to clean the windows. You can barely see outside.
