The Bandera Ricuras is the signature dish since it's comprised of a # of typical Ecuadorian dishes, but make sure you ask what'll be served that day otherwise you will end up w/ a Cuy on ur plate o_O
The "Lomo Saltado" is their signature dish... But on fri & sat, they serve the legendary "chupe de camarón" which is a signature semi spicy soup to DIE for... Their "nutcrackers" are legendary as well

Doña Julia starts selling her Tamales @ 6am but sometimes arrives a lil earlier... The Tamales "regulares" have chicken & cheese & are the perfect texture & seasoning. The "caliente" 1's tho'.2hot b!
The 8.99 2 can dine meal is the best value up in here... Even if just eatin for 1... Oh & also... Try adding the mash gravy over the mac & cheese... Sounds nervous, but it's soooo key! Truss!
The Singapore rice noodles are the hidden gem here... It has an awesome curry based seasoning that doesn't overpower... It's a must try!
The OG truck is on the southwest corner of 53rd & 6th. The one on the south east corner is usually less crowded, but the EXACT same crew... & will have on the trademark curry color Halal Guy Polos
The "Nutcracker" here is bar none the BEST in the BX... & EASILY TOP 5 IN ALL OF NYC
You have to ask for the Homey Jr.Diva... Best stylist in the shop & pretty much the only reason most come come in here to get fresh!
