Make sure you get your warm cookie upon check-in. So good!

This hotel does NOT offer a coffee maker in each room. I consider this a failure for a Hilton brand hotel.

Nom alert: Check-in includes warm cookies.

Visit the lobby of this hotel, enjoy a drink and free wifi access. Plenty of seating area and friendly atmosphere. Also many electrical sockets for laptops etc. Read more

$15/day/device for internet access. Hilton makes it impossible to conduct business from your room! I'm from Silicon Valley and free Internet access is always included at other hotels. Get w the times!

Wifi password(as of August 2013) is DTPENTHOUSE. Use all caps.

Great nail salon connected to Hotel called Tiffany's. Manicures only $12 for basic polish and the back massages are amazing for those sitting at a desk a lot. Worth it after a mani/pedi.

Franklin at the main desk is wonderful! Thoughtful, knows the area, and can recommend a great restaurant to any preference.

Be prepared to pay $14-$16 daily for the worst interest service..... This hotel needs to get with the times of free wireless wifi in all areas of the hotel.

No coffee maker. Bad internet connection for 16.95 $. Rude service.

Better bring a water to your room. They, sadly, don't supply. Also, room service is if you travel as much as some of us do, you may want to avoid.

  • Sandra F.

Road warriors will appreciate the hotel bar's free WiFi, artisanal pizza, and inventive cocktails.

The only thing which I didn't like and needs to be change is abount breakfastservice which was not included in the room price in spite of high room rates.

Bullshit charge of $2 per bag if you arrive before official check-in time - first time a hotel has EVER charged me for this. Disgraceful for a Hilton.

    Wifi is unusable. Avoid.

They don't lend umbrellas when it's raining. Sad that this common courtesy has been lost. Lack of coffee maker and fridge also disappointing, but the beds are comfortable.

I would happily give up the free cookie for a coffee maker in my room, free wifi, and not being charged $4 for holding my bags. There are so many better hotels in the city for the same money. Avoid!

Rooms are small for the price, WiFi blows ass from the room, have to go to the lobby to get a consistent connection. Not the best, but not the worst place I've stayed in

Worst Hilton property I have stayed at in years! No coffee maker in the room, rude service and awful breakfast. Add to that small cramped rooms that you can not move around in we will not be back.

    Susan Fassbender · October 28, 2012

Reception at this hotel is the worst. Don't be fooled by the modern decor of the lobby, the treatment is more like the ghetto d o u b l e t r e e sign on the side of the building. No executive lounge.

    Lindsay Steedman · October 12, 2012

Restaurant in hotel (where breakfast is served) has a B rating. Food was OK though

If you have Hilton honors, don't book through 3rd party like Priceline or Hilton will not recognize your stay and give you zero. There are so many better options in this city.

You get to know your coworkers alot better with double beds more like 1.5 single beds. Guess its pretty standard for new york.

While ferrying ready for work a guy was cleaning the key slots wearing globes and a bag. Creepy. Use your safe! FYI also slamming doors and vacuums not cool in my door. I work nights@ mt sinai!

Doubletree cookies are awesome! Room service is a rip. If you need toiletries at night, you're better off going to Duane Reade. If you call, you'll get a voicemail and they may never call you back.

Ótima localização, perto da Times Square, Rockfeller Center e etc, e ainda tem uma estação de metrô ao lado. Peca por não ter wi-fi gratuito nos quartos (só no lobby, que, às vezes, não pega).
