Love: Free WiFi. Dislike: US Immigration & Customs Pre-Clearance: Be aware that once you've gone through there, there's no turning back for duty-free, VAT tax processing, or currency exchange.

Well functioning airport compared to some on the continent. Note for Aer Lingus passengers, you may depart from T1 despite check-in in T2 so leave 5-10 minutes extra for the walk!

The airport is beautiful even when inside looking out with plenty of glass windows to let in the most amount of natural light. Aer Lingus reigns supreme here. Easy check in and baggage check.

PSA to US flights: move fast and get here early - you have to move through customs before you can get to your gate and it takes forever!

Terminal 2 is the new one. Very modern with lots of places to shop. If you are heading to the USA, however, you won't get much time to do anything since you need to go through pre-clearance.

Airport is very near Dublin centre. Buses available and quite cheap too. There are two bus companies so if you have a reservation, make sure to line up for the right one!

A fine airport with clear directions and helpful staff - generally. Public transport is via bus only but there are lots of options. Security is usually pretty good.

If you're going to the US, give yourself a little extra time to go through US pre customs - a second security screening and immigration. On a busy day it'll take an extra hour.

If you're going to the US, make sure you dine before heading through U.S. Preclearance. Make sure you leave about 1.5 hours before departure time to go through all the security checks.

Terminal 2 is beautiful, fast, and enjoyable. Terminal 1 is not so good, but still decent. Free Wi-Fi, lots of vending machines, and enough room to wait comfortably. Aer Lingus and Ryan Air live here.

Must see:The Gaint's Causeway, located in the north eastern coast of northern Ireland in county Atrim. This stretch of rock is a geological phenomenon, renowned for its columns of layered basal.

The newer T2 is very nice. I've never had to wait long for check-in or security. Nice choice of restaurants both before and after security. High end shops and duty free after security.

Clean, efficient and a good selection of shops and restaurants. Check your gate when you land if you are connecting as the boards in the main hall may not clue you in as fast 😄🇮🇪🚀.

Dublin Is a fairly modern and clean airport. There aren't many dining or shopping options past security, so check out the good choices before it. Security moved fairly quickly and check in was fine

Ryanair tip: sit near to the emergency seats & ham up how uncomfortable you are while maintaining eye contact with an air steward. They may take pity & seat you in a leg-room friendly emergency seat.

Fabulous security check points. You can keep your shoes on if they are flats. They have automated the carry-on bins. Checked baggage can be done by yourself with kiosks. Good retail/restaurants.

Prepaid Parking protip: set your arrival time to much earlier, in case you do get there early, the barrier won't open otherwise. The booking adds a day to your booking, so the other end doesn't matter

Nice Airport with many Irish gifts and souvenirs - no need to find anything in town unless you need something special. Beware of low coster Aerlingus - none of my flights went without surprises yet.

Great airport. Sometimes you don't even feel like you are in an airport. Feels like a shopping mall in some places. Took no time at all to get through security, but that was around 8am on a Sunday

Bus 102 goes straight to Sutton train station for 2.65€. You'll have to look for it a little bit in the public bus stop, it's the second row on the right towards the "back".

Tidy airport. Free wifi. Pre clearance is the best part so give yourself time. Also I didn't like the food selection post security so I picked up food pre security. It's on the 2nd floor.

If you fancy to go to the pub or bar, do not go around temple bar since those are very expensive. I suggest to go to "Bowe's Lounge" on Fleet Street or "The Long Hall" on South Great George street.
