Brian B. • December 9, 2016Amazing, authentic german quick eats plus friendly service. Don't miss the inside seating that's hidden to the right.
Raphael L. • September 26, 2015Best Schnitzel I've had in NYC. Wonderful people, nice vibe. Skip the sweetbread ravioli, they're a bit too soggy. Overall though - definitely worth a visit.
The Corcoran Group • March 11, 2011Just opened amazing and authentic German bierhaus. Try the Bierhaus Pretzel (Large) with hot mustard, the Weisswurst and a Hofbrau.
Avin N. • April 5, 2014Excellent addition to the neighborhood. Great rotating list of craft beers, low key vibe and surprisingly good food for a beer hall. Get the pretzel or one of the brats
Eamonn C. • September 5, 2016Be aware that a 4 on the spicy scale is *really* spicy. Delicious all the same. Some of the best bratwurst I've had outside Berlin.
Argelys O. • December 2, 2016Do it. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The paninis are 🔥(go for the prosciutto and mozzarella) and the chicken schnitzel salad is honestly one of the best salads I've EVER had.
StageBuddy • June 21, 2013Get the Licher Weisse and the Standard Bratwurst for a truly perfect combo!
Derek E. • June 7, 2021My favourite hot dog place in all of NYC (and I was born and raised in Manhattan).Very simple. But excellent & cheap hot dogs. Try mustard & sauerkraut. I recommend Coconut over classic Papaya.
M R. • November 13, 2018Great traditional Czech/Slovak food. Loved the apps (sausage, steak tartar, pate, roasted beets). Entrees great too (duck, trout, lamb shank, veal schnitzel). Beer of course. Desserts were ok.
