John • July 14, 2017As always with NH: excellent service, clean and comfy rooms, good breakfast. The parking might be tricky to find on Google/apple maps. Just enter garage at Wilsdruffer Straße 14 and follow the signs.

mizz l. • December 25, 2016I am sooooo impressed ! The rooms are beautiful , sink into the fluffy pillows and duvet . Love how they maxed out a small space and squeezed a bathroom in the middle . Cleaners work amazing fast !

Marianna R. • November 30, 2019Terrible. I came at lunch time. Room was not ready, they closed waiting/seating area near the reception, asked me to leave and come back later. They said to EN-speaking staff: just ask her to leave!
Marc-Oliver S. • April 22, 2014In opposition to Mike: Staff is very friendly in hotel. Same in pubs and restaurants around. Either problem is guest-caused or people are not speaking English well enough to feel comfortable with it.
