Meredith B. • November 16, 2015Note: the sculpt class is NOT a yoga class. It's a weights, toning and cardio class done in 100 degree heat. Occasionally you do weights in crescent lunge. Good class if that's what u are looking for

Sameer M. • August 20, 2011Fill ur bottle a bit more than half way with water, stick it in a freezer a few hours b4 your work out. Right b4 ur work out fill it w/water or whatever u want. Your drink will stay cold for a while.
