Radek N. • January 28, 2017Almost a 'fancy' bistro in SAPA. Clean, bright, modern environment, even an A/C. Got Pho Bo chin for 130,- with strong beef broth, lots of meat (could be cleaner) and very good taste.Free green tea :)
