Stephanie • August 20, 2012Original Detroit mercantile company who carries a great array of other local Detroit goodies. Locations in both the Guardian and Fisher Buildings. Get swag that the locals have been wearing for years.
Tina L. • May 11, 2011If you are in Detroit you have to stop in here. The architecture is beautiful and very unique. Everyone should see it!!
Michael R. • September 22, 2013Fantastic collection of many different types of pieces. The staff is friendly and the building is huge. Make sure you have a lot of time to fully experience the whole place.
Rob M. • August 14, 2010One of the largest and most unique buildings in Detroit, has over 1000 rooms. I give tours of it.
Nick J. • February 19, 2015Classic building. Much better than your average Aloft.
Stephanie • August 20, 2012The ambiance for a cuppa can not be beat in Detroit. The Fisher Building is opulent.
janelle g. • July 9, 2010"break in" to this abandoned building and poke around a bit, but chicken out about exploring the upper floors for fear of who might be squatting there.
Gabe G. • December 8, 2013it's atmosphere is rivaled only by Rowland Cafe at the Guardian Building. Not a bad seat in the house, and an amazing staff.
James W. • February 3, 2012Detroit's premier theater to see a play or concert. The beautiful building was designed by C. Howard Crane and opened in 1928.
HISTORY • April 22, 2010Originally built for the symphony in 1919, this building was saved from destruction and now houses the Detroit Symphony Orchestra, which is the fourth oldest orchestra in the United States.
Natalie C. • May 30, 2014The correct address is actually 1045 Beaubien, in the international building across the street from Greektown Casino
Kris M. • September 29, 2017Gorgeous building. Enter from the south side to get the full effect. Lots of great food options, windows to the outside, ample bathrooms (!), and a walkable concourse. It'll feel like home soon.
Brittany A. • January 6, 2014Be prepared to be overwhelmed. It's a huge building with floors of books. Of course it's stuffy, old books+old building...but that makes ambiance, you really feel like you're in a huge attic.
TV Food Maps • June 16, 2015Check out Grand Trunk Pub as it was featured on Best Bars in America for Located in a historic building (old ticket office). Serves only local craft beers and ciders on tap
Kelvin C. • June 28, 2015The bathroom is located in the building that the restaurant is connected to. There's a password to the door (crazy! I know) and the password is 7575. The Wifi password is 12345677
Brian A. • October 17, 2018Inconsistent, often very slow... But the people are generally nice and you can't argue with the cheapness. It's our only option in the building so...
Michael L. • August 9, 2014Again, the food here is amazing, but the service can be abysmal. Yesterday, I placed an order for delivery to the Quicken Loans Qube - one of the most popular building downtowns - and they struggled.
ashley • May 14, 2010Awesome piece of history in Woodbridge. Renovating into woodshop/music studio/salvage from torn down buildings/art warehouse. You would know the building. Grand River n Warren with 555 n grafitti
