Roma • March 24, 2012After its period of glory, the Forum was relentlessly attacked for centuries by barbarians, after which it was gradually dismantled by anyone - from popes to paupers - who needed building materials.
Nick Z. • May 11, 2015The building surrounding Via Dora is a quintessential example of Art Nouveau architecture. Neighbouring streets are also worthy of a stroll.
Guy C. • November 13, 2015Stunning building. Fine exhibitions. Wish there had been more time for the Russians
Franck • September 19, 2016Great location, just minutes from the Colosseum. An old building that has been fully renovated. Free WiFi, bathroom with all the amenities, high quality bedding and beautifully terrace for breakfast.
John A. • March 23, 2017Very nice new hotel in an old building directly outside Rome Termini. 20 minutes walk down to Collesium, very nice buffet breakfast and great bath products. Excellent place to stay with good service.
Margarita A. • June 28, 2013Clean, nice and it has WIFI all over the building!!! Made me happy with the last one!
Alex • June 8, 2014Located on 2nd, 4th+5th floor of typical appt building. New&modern interior, friendly staff, bf only in room, choose bf beverages night b4. Must-see elevator! Feel like a Roman! Good value for money!!
Sidira K. • January 20, 2019It's situated nearby barberini piazza, which is a plus.Very friendly stuff.Bathroom was renovated, room was clean, but a bit old, as well as the building. No extra services. Recommended for few days.
Martin B. • January 5, 2014Part of an apartments building. It only has a few rooms. Rooms have TV, safe, air conditioning, and private bathroom. It's very clean. The bad thing is that walls are too thin to isolate hall sounds.
Vicki K. • October 6, 2017The area is certainly worth the visit. The building has nothing extraordinary but good exhibitions.
Vladimir Y. • February 19, 2014Very nice hotel in a marvelous historical building. The ground floor is just very beautiful and looks very expensive.
Vivian R. • September 26, 2016This is not a hostel but rather very large hotel room spread out throughout an apartment building. Very clean-helpful staff.
Eran G. • July 6, 2013Very touristy but lots of beautiful buildings and statues to see. Good to walk on the way to Via del Corso.
Thuy • July 14, 2014Don't stay in the seperate building. There is no service here: television not working, nobody refills the nepresso/tea, broken phone, broken light, extreme small room in which you can barely move.
Simona C. • January 25, 2015The Great Gladiatorial Training School, built by emperor Domitian (81-96 AD), was discovered in 1937. Served for the performances at Colosseum, with an underground gallery linking the two buildings.
Maria N. • March 12, 2016Excellent service, beautiful building, well decorated, spacious rooms high ceilings and great food!
Gabriel B. • August 14, 2011Do not get the room no 6 in the other building... The wifi wont work inside the room so you'll have to go to the hallway
Anne v. • May 1, 2014Two Egyptian obelisks were commissioned in 1842 by Alessandro Torlonia for the gardens of the villa along via Nomentana, dedicated to the memory of his father Giovanni, who had started the building.
Zineta E. • November 12, 2016The explanations were written in Italian only, which was disappointing. The building of the museum itself was impressive and more interesting for me.
Xabier C. • May 10, 2016Although it is located in the 4th floor of a building, it is very much recommendable given the good quality/price ratio. Also breakfast included. Friendly staff
