K12 Inc • June 16, 2011Did you know? Though many visit just for “the Rocky steps” in front, this is in fact one of the largest art museums in the country – the main building alone has 200 galleries!
PHL Science Fest • January 10, 2011Science played a major role in the Centennial Exhibition of 1876 that was hosted in this very building. More than 10 million people visited to learn about new technologies such as the telephone.
Jasmine 💫 • December 27, 2016Enjoyed all the exhibits here in my first visit. Worth a visit if one still has the energy after walking the main hall.
Sarah E. • September 17, 2015One of my favorite things in w philly. Get off at 52nd street on MFL and walk market up to 63rd. Murals on both sides. Something about the hopeful messages of love juxtaposed against crumbly buildings
Henri L. • January 25, 2014If you're into historical architecture and knowledge I recommend seeing original building built during colonial times!!
Daniel S. • December 22, 2011The new courtyard is terrible, it has a contemporary feel that does not match the buildings. Try again.
BLT A. • October 19, 2011International House was the first building designed by BLT Architects near Penn's campus. There were many more both on and around campus. Can you name them?
Audrey M. • August 3, 2013Tucked in the back of buildings in a converted garage, this was a pretty damned decent place. Mostly seemed like a locals place and that gave it a fun an friendly feel. Pulled pork was very yummy.
Kat J. • July 18, 2012Free parking after 4pm! Free parking any time behind the building also - just ask the waitress to validate your ticket
NBC Philadelphia • July 18, 2011An early-morning, Christmas Eve fire in the 'World of Primates' building killed 23 animals in 1995, all endangered species. In 1999, the 'Peco Primate Reserve' opened to replace the lost building.
