Emily H. • December 7, 2013Huge hotel but not a lot of availability, so book ASAP! Continental breakfast offered every morning as well as free coffee in the lobby 24/7. There is a mini mart downstairs in hotel as well.

Megan • July 23, 2016I don't know if it's the lack of soundproofing or if hotel is currently filled w a holes, but it is LOUD! I can hear all of my neighbors, multiple toilets flushing, doors opening over & over & over.

Crystal G. • May 29, 20125/29/2012: "main" elevator is broken. Have to walk all the way to the other end of hotel to get to my 5th floor room. Just had hip surgery.
John C. • April 4, 2016The $68 suites are nice with a full living room. The $58 rooms share a common kitchen with two other rooms and are not as comfortable. Be aware of how much your service will pay for losing while TDY.
Liz L. • August 12, 2012This hotel was so dirty. It had stained carpets ripped wall paper and an outdated bathroom. Granted the room was really big and we got free internet but defenately not worth $116
Timothy W. • July 6, 2014Great Staff and Location... Hotel changed from a Hilton to a DoubleTree by Hilton. All I have to say is a warm, chocolate chip cookie at check in.
Allison S. • June 29, 2017Swanky hotel with awesome view of downtown Norfolk. There's a bar in the hotel and the staff was very accommodating. 10 min walk to downtown nightlife
