Pieter L. • October 18, 2016Badly maintained hotel, badly managed. Staff calls your room in Chinese 4 times a day (once a 7am). I had to disconnect all phones in the room to get some sleep. WiFi too slow to be usable. Pool okay.
Jason • March 4, 2016A complex of office building and service apartment. The observation elevator take you to 24F but you can go all the way up to 37F to capture the spectacular view of whole central Shanghai.

Marlene B. • July 8, 2019Rooms on Executive floor are well designed and roomy. Love the bathroom. Staff is friendly. Gym is small. Could use more machines for legs. Breakfast is typical buffet- lots of choices.
