Kevin K. • November 15, 2011Great hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Relaxed environment. Rooms are big, spacious and comfortable. Location is ideal too.
David B. • June 5, 2010Excellent accommodation within walking distance to city centre. My wife and I have stayed here many times and highly recommend it.
Jenn M. • June 16, 2023Gorgeous beds, lovely rain showers, luxe ESPA products and a beautiful Observatory bar on top of the building. Fresh raspberry scones in the Grand Cafe were delivered, as well!
Emma D. • January 30, 2013Lovely modern hotel in a great location. 2 mins walk to the city hall & close to bars & restaurants but the hotel restaurant RBG is great for dinner or for a night out!
Patrick James S. • March 23Great rooms and excellent staff. The conversion from the original building is really well done too and the quirky wooden and concrete flooring makes each room unique.
Peter D. • December 16, 2014Genius and v lovely staff. Rec'd steak & chips or cowboy supper (beans, sausage & chips) if your budget is tighter. both able to fill a grown up/ 2 kids. Great pint of Guinness.
Thom F. • October 30, 2012Having stayed here a few times, I'd recommend not staying in one of the Grove apartments. Make sure to request an apartment on the road facing the hotel. They're much more spacious.
Cleber F. • November 20, 2017It's a nice classic hotel. There is an amazing bar that gets crazy after hours. The rooms were ok and the hotel well located. The front desk ladies could be nicer tho.
Jamie C. • September 15, 2012Excellent hotel, my favourite in Belfast. Great location, close to the city centre
Jhes • August 14, 2015Bed's are not comfortable. Okay standard breakfast and close to the Belfast local airport. Most of tours can pick you up from the hotel which is a plus if you're just travelling around Ireland.
Paul O. • July 5, 2011Standard formula hotel but cheaper than other standard hotels such as Hilton. Handy for town centre & shops etc.
Fernanda A. • February 21, 2014Very cozy, good location and the staff is great! The restaurant of the hotel Metro Kitchen is very good ;) But no elevators, just stairs! Enjoy your stay!
Mark C. • October 2, 2011ALC Belfast meet here each Sunday 11am & 6pm - next generation Church - well worth checking in! :)
Sabrina G. • September 30, 2018Really liked this hotel. Close to the city center, very clean and amazing breakfast "bar"
Peter d. • July 21, 2015Great budget hotel for a couple of nights, love the minimalistic style. Free wifi
Peter O. • June 28, 2014I found the bed really hard and uncomfortable as I'm used to a softer bed. Staff are very helpful and friendly.
Ankur B. • January 12, 2015Diner-style restaurant and bar. Tries to be a classy bar / venue but isn't really, except for special occasions. Excellent by hotel bar standards though and service is friendly.
Peadar d. • October 3, 2014Exquisite bar, where you can enjoy a quality drink in peace. Overlooking Victoria street, a visit is a must.
