James H. • April 26, 2011If the main ticket machines are busy, bear in mind there's a lone machine across the concourse by the Jubilee Line platforms that tends to be free, even at rush hour.

Daniel R. • June 28, 2012There are in effect two separate sets of DLR platforms at different ends of the station. If you don't realise that, it's 50/50 whether you'll end up on the right platform!!!

Paul A. • April 30, 2017Not only the platform for District trains towards Earls Court and beyond, but also Paddington on the Hammersmith and City line. Be prepared for a wait for that, but it's a pleasant old world platform.
