K12 Inc • June 16, 2011Did you know? The huge 24,000 sq. foot playhouse was built in 1899, expressly as a play space for young children – it was never a residence. The unique Giant Wooden Slide was added in 1905.
Thomas M. • December 30, 2016Comfy beds and general location "French district" are good the hotel is fine and staff is nice. a bit worn in places (shower didn't drain well at all) overall we liked the Marriott Residence better.
Angelica D. • October 31, 2014Best meal in Philly! Fancy pub fare in a lovely atmosphere (it used to be two residences) on multiple levels--literally!
Brian C. • May 22, 2011I very rarely type bad stuff. But this is the most ghetto residence inn ever. I travel for work, A LOT and stay mostly at residence in when I can. This is the worst as far as appearance goes.
Stephen W. • March 7, 2012Too packed to study in? Check out the Learning Terrace underneath the Race Street Residences. It might be a hike, but it's worth it.
