Coldwell Banker - Colorado • August 10, 2012Built in 1883 by William Byers, William Evans bought it for his family in 1889. Restored to its early 20th Century condition, it offers a unique glimpse into Denver's past residences and way of life.
Chad B. • March 1, 2013Nice new and swanky. Fire pit outside.
GreenSpot Real Estate • October 27, 2011Sugar and water indeed mix, and this 1908 mansion, was home to the founder of Denver Water Department, and later a Great Western Sugar heir. It became the governor's home in 1960, LEED EB (gold).
Melissa S. • February 3Best location of the 4 Marriotts in Boulder, although the downtown Marriott has better views. Newer hotel and all the amenities, pool/hot tub, fitness gym, etc. are very nice. Will be back!
Anthony M. • November 23, 2010Great rooms, lots of space and great flat screen tv in my room. Also a kitchen with a stove, dishes and a full size fridge
Kendra F. • August 1, 2013Great service, clean and spacious rooms and the perfect location. I would come back in a heartbeat
Jonathan M. • March 16, 2013Beautiful view of the amazing mountains, huge room, great amenities, awesome free breakfast EVERY MORNING, free beer with dinner. Heated indoor pool. Absolutely great place to stay!
Amber O. • June 29, 2020If you are driving an RV or an oversized vehicle you have to park 2.5 miles from the hotel. No Uber or Hotel Shuttle, free bus when you can figure it out. It was a little difficult at 9pm at night.
Robert A. • September 26, 2017It's a little close to the highway, noise-wise, but you should know that from the map. Otherwise, well maintained, nice staff.
Mayank B. • May 28, 2013Lovely place, shops close by, enterprise car rental just across street, happy food hours in evening from Monday thru Thursday only, bikes available
Mariano T. • June 29, 2016There is a gym, pool, social evenings, beer and wine, breakfast daily, great staff, comfortable rooms. This location is particularly good because it is right by the highway, shopping center, theatre..
Vitamin Yi • September 16, 2010What a great place. The staff is helpful and not to mention there is free beer for dinner!
Joseph H. • March 13, 2013Amazing place it feels like a high end studio not a hotel.
Friendly R. • July 8, 2022Nice Barbecue to use. Friendly staff. Wish there was an outdoor pool with these high temperatures.
Wendy W. • July 8, 2013Like the fact that the rooms have a full kitchen and we were able to cook Local Hawaii food for the Ekahi Softball Team
Jeremy B. • July 24, 2011Our family stays here each time we visit the Spings. We like the family friendly focus, pool & playground facilities and complimentary breakfast. Free wifi is also a huge plus!
iGary &. • January 20, 2012If you wish the world to become loving and compassionate, become loving and compassionate yourself. If you wish to diminish fear in the world, diminish ur own. These are the gifts that u can give.
Daniel B. • November 29, 2014Pool closed, no lobby or dining area, gym closed, and a natural gas odor in hallway. The room is nicely remodeled and staff is friendly.
