Never ever leave Bacolod without bringing or taste the super delicious Napoleones, I personally recommend the napoleones from Quan though you can buy from Merci or BongBong's pasalubong shop too

They're japanese themed café. F u reach ur bill to 300 then u can use their limitd cosplay costumes. N terms of d food and drinks expect a so-so or flop rating. For 200 u got a frappe and a cupcake.
