They have free wifi but one will find it difficult to connect most of the time.
The waiters make sure that your "bottom-less" iced tea gets refilled religiously (unlike other restos wherein you'd have to call on/remind the waiters).
Friendly staff (from the reception to housekeeping personnel) compared to other fully serviced residences in the metro.

Pinoy priest (I presume) celebrates Sunday mass. Church is in Kembangan.
A new mall just beside Bedok Town Center, and is accessible from Bedok MRT (in fact, you'll see it right away when you alight the MRT)
Expats frequent this place, like any other gimmick spots in Clarke Quay.
I would not recommend their "milktea" here. There's an ongoing promo though, you could buy 2 milkteas for only P98, plus you get the password for their free wifi.
On my two visits to their store, the nice staff had never failed to proactively give me a glass of water while waiting for my order.
Consistently fast wifi during the wee hours of the morning
Love shopping here (when I got moolah. LOL)! Staff are so accommodating.
This is not really in the Greenhills San Juan area. Place is really along Gilmore.
Why is it called "Yellow Line"?
