Offering first class food and beer pairings, an array of specialty beer and cask ales, and the return of the growler to Baltimore.
The lamb sliders are excellent. They are being very proactive with pushing out creative new beers.
BBQ chicken nachos, oyster po'boy, and Cuban sandwich are all great. Wash it all down with a Loose Cannon.
We had the old bay salted caramel popcorn, pretzel, onion rings and old bay wings. The wings were lacking flavor but the popcorn and pretzel were awesome.
I love all the food and design of the place. The cocktails are solid too.
Had a pleasant experience here; food is pricy but the service was great. Few places offer the rare Heavy Seas beers this place does, understandably.
Great'er Pumpkin beer is the best pumpkin beer around! Crab cake sliders are to die for-- they do Maryland crab the right way! Great atmosphere and service!
Good beer, burgers, and short ribs
Chicken sandwich is a delight. Korean-Style Chicken Wings are some real good wings beb.
The Bank Street Burger paired with the Cutlass Amber beer is perfect pub fair. Excellent atmosphere and great prices make this place a definite must.
Dark Sky at Night if it is in season. Delicious.
The Korean BBQ wings are served whole. spicy, hot, and great.
Don't come on Mondays - severely limited menu (pretty much only pub grub & sandwiches).
Delicious "uncharted waters" selection. Be mindful that IMPERIAL means treat with respect. Don't be that guy! Talking about you FRANK!!! It's only 8!!! Cab number: 4439663075. You are at 1300 Bank St.
Emily is the best server! You have to ask for her by name. Especially if you like extra attitude with your meal. Food is good though.
Ask about our Cask beers!! Always tasty

Holy dessert, Batman!! Fried peach hand pies with goat cheese & cinnamon. WHAAAAAAAT??? SO good.
Drinking tip: cocktails are fairly average and definitely overpriced. Stick to what HS knows and does perfectly: beer!
Love setting really nice, and great beers, find the food a little foofooie and pricey even though very good.
Heavy Seas Alehouse burger
Ask for Jo! She's an amazing server who really knows her stuff.
First time here. Will return. Very friendly and knowledgable staff
The Baltimore Sun ranked this as one of Baltimore's 100 best restaurants. Read more:
Beer float... Delicious!
Jalapeño cornbread, frisse salad with bacon. Beer of your choice. Repeat.
Unless your intention is to drink the liquid from a dirty bar rag...OR u just want to hurl---stay away from Blackbeard's nightcap.
Try the Free Range Roasted Chicken
Beer is awesome. Mixed drinks have a ton of ice and end up watered down. Don't bother with them. Food is good. Beer Nuts are pecans, and rock.
Try the Flounder Tartare - Lemon creme fraiche, grapefruit, avocado and frisée
It's all good!:-)
Definitely get any beer a 7% ABV and up. Also, don't be a dick- buy the Heavy Seas beer, not the others available.
Soft shell crabs = yum
Try the Broccoli Rabe And Roasted Pork With Red-Eye Gravy
Try the Scallops
Onion rings are great and the heavy seas burger is one of the best burgers I've ever had. Look for Rachel, she's awesome :)
mussel Monday's are a great deal. Half price and huge portions.
Ask what's on cask! Always worth it to try one of them and taste it in a different way
Try saying hi to Mike Morrus
Try the Oyster Shooters - #bloodymary, #goldenale, #peglegsalt, #michelada @ #hsah
Love the building, but how are you supposed to get to the bar thru the giant table in front of it. Kind of a poor design.
Try the Malpeque Oysters - “Heavy Seas Classic Lager” mignonette, lemon, cocktail sauce
Try the Pan Roasted Atlantic Salmon - green lentils, roasted fennel and cherry tomatogreen lentils, roasted fennel and cherry tomato, recommended with “Heavy Seas Marzen”
Try the Braised Bacon Bites - served with a house smoked tomato-maple glaze
Save your money. Turn around before you waste a paycheck on mediocre, overpriced bar food. Though if you must, the onion rings are delish.
