Standing through a full concert can be hard on a woman in heels.
Foundation Room is the way to go. Excellent service. Great way to get secluded.
Have been here several times. I love the balcony.
They sell tall boys of domestic beer for around $4
Cool intimate venue, but get there early if you're short!! It sucks to stand behind a tall person...
The grilled chicken and mashed potatoes with veggies is a great meal. The key lime pie is awesome!
Get to front to view the stage better.
Was there for a private event, good drinks and great service
Ever stuff cool peeps
Imagine that! HOB has a Gospel brunch. Ph (214) 978-BLUE (2583) See [vid] https://youtu.be/5FF3V6YdR3U
Some band are ok. What not is men in the ladies rooms
Crawfish boil not worth You don't get a full lb of crawfish with no flavor. The jambalaya on the buffet was cold and the rice was crunchy. When asked to speak to manager he was condescending.
every seat is a great seat at this venue!
Great intimate venue
If you're going here for a concert, make sure to make dinner reservation and you can bypass the crowd waiting in line
#madiannedavis is great! #openmic #hobdallas
Bread pudding is A-mazing!!!
I agree one needs only hear....the artist.
Ate before a concert & received EXCELLENT service. Armando was amazing!! The food was delicious!! I have never had an unsatisfactory visit here. Will be back next week to eat & see Christina Perri!
If you go to the bar inside before the show and slip through the gift shop you can avoid long lines outside.
Eat at the restaurant and order lobster Mac and cheese. Most delicious thing EVER
I used to believe one needed to have lived an incredibly hard life to be able to sing the blues. The cheerful falsetto of His Royal Highness, Prince Trantomere, taught me otherwise.
Great service & food! Grab some grub & drinks before a show & get to the front of the line!
Date night "tonight".
A historic Dallas venue. Some of the greatest artists pass through here, and it's located in the hub of Dallas nightlife. Always a great time.
This is a great place to go to a concert. Take a date and stroll he streets of downtown Dallas after the show. It's romantic but not cheesy. The concerts put on are awesome and always entertaining.
You know it's a good show when the beville's are the opening act!
The small room venues ate great
So turns out you can get in with the early entry crowd if you show your receipt from the bar upstairs.
Terrible restaurant service. Amazing venue with not too bad prices though.
Skip buying drinks at the bar! Never EVER open a tab with them. They will steal your money if they have a chance, such a shame and a scam!👎
Service is terrible. Took 20 minutes until I had to finally tell our waiter that we were ready to order. Another 35 to get our food.
Drink a Mojito and get the mason jar to keep! And bread pudding... No words to describe!
$2 margaritas suck
I unlocked a newbie special and got a free mug. Super laid back and chill, I'm definitely coming back!
Great food but small portions
For some reason during some shows you can stand by stage or sit up in the balcony & in other shows you have to buy tickets to sit up there! They may sell those spots if standing room is sold out! B/S!
Soooo the bouncers are pussies
Someone I know better find me before I keep finding Guinness
Best Place Ever!
I enjoy getting a seat somewhere on the balcony. You are able to sit down between shows, the view is just as good and you dont have to be up close to 10 different people all at the same time.
Excellent venue. My only complaint is the bartenders in the restaurant don't poor Guinness correctly.
If you have tickets to an event, ALWAYS ask the box office if there are any better seats available. Even if you already bought your tickets you may be able to upgrade for a small fee or by being nice!
These people are assholes!
Live nation and ticketmaster have finally joined together, like Germany and Mussolini in WWII.
Live nation, hob, the parking, and the drinks all cost twice as much as thy should. I hate when music I enjoy tours through here-- worst venue in Dallas. Plus the security is rude.
Enjoy a BADASS concert at the LEGENDARY House of Blues venue brought to you by THE EXPENDABLES 2 opening August 17!
